Dear Followers and Others and Everyone,

High school is HARD. High school is DRAINING. It’s absolutely okay to be sad or depressed or frustrated or angry. It’s okay to spend a weekend sleeping and watching TV and procrastinating on homework because you can’t imagine being productive. It’s okay to GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK. If you need to drop a class or if you need to take a day off or if you need to vent, do it. Your mental health and your confidence and your happiness come above getting into an Ivy League or getting an A. Put yourself first. That’s okay to do. And if you ever need someone to talk to, I’m here, just like so many other people in your lives who care about you.
